Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with NTYONE WEARS. We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Be free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale."

Exchanges

If you received the wrong size, color, or a defective item, we are happy to exchange it (subject to stock availability). Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos of the item.

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable).

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was sent.

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
